Refund policy

At Bunti Crochet, each piece is lovingly handmade. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges under the conditions mentioned below.

Exchange Policy (7 Days)

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable).
Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Customized or personalized items
Items priced above PKR 9,999
Sale items
Gift cards

Delivery Charges for Exchange

Exchange delivery charges will be paid by the customer.
If the exchange is due to a brand issue (wrong item sent, damaged item, or manufacturing defect), delivery charges will be covered by Bunti Crochet.
