Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

• Within the city: 1–3 business days

• Outside the city: 3–7 business days

• Remote areas: 5–8 business days (depending on courier availability)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays as well as handmade customized orders preparation time may vary.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on our website.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use it to track your parcel on the Leopard or PostEx Courier website.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Bunti Crochet is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
